Veterinarians.org publishes this site independently of TotalVet. This draft describes known site behavior; it does not import another organization’s privacy policy.
Analytics in the current implementation
The site includes PostHog analytics. Its script uses the collection address v.veterinarians.org and the PostHog interface at us.posthog.com. The configuration uses identified-only person profiles.
That setting does not mean anonymous events cannot be collected or that browser storage is unused. PostHog behavior also depends on SDK and project settings. Remote settings, event contents and live delivery have not been fully audited for this notice. See PostHog’s configuration documentation for the available controls.
Search and newsletter fields
Search terms appear in the page URL and are used by the browser to find matching site records. Avoid entering sensitive information into search. The newsletter component is a preview: its current submit handler reports that no address was submitted to a mailing service.
Details required before launch
The operator must identify the data controller, hosting and analytics providers, information collected, storage periods, international transfers, any applicable consent choices and a working privacy contact. Hosting logs and remote analytics settings also need review.
This draft does not establish that the site is cookie-free, exempt from consent requirements or compliant with a particular privacy law. It does not offer a working rights-request mechanism. The contact page records the current contact limitation.
