What this site provides
Veterinarians.org is a pet-health publication independent of TotalVet. The current site is a review preview. It contains general pet-health information and does not provide an examination, diagnosis, prescription or veterinary consultation.
Individual decisions need individual care
An article cannot assess your animal’s history, examine them or interpret their complete clinical record. Questions about symptoms, tests, diet changes and treatment belong with your veterinary practice.
Reading a page or using the site’s search does not arrange a consultation. If you believe your pet needs urgent care, contact your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic directly rather than waiting for a reply from a publication.
How to use the guides
Use them to learn terminology, inspect cited evidence and organize questions. A general explanation of a test is not a finding about your pet, and a linked product or source is not an individualized recommendation.
Veterinary review standard
Veterinarians.org has adopted a workflow in which separate AI agents research, write and edit a draft, followed by assignment of a veterinarian writer after article creation. Clinical review, revisions and publication approval must be completed before a draft is released.
Qualified veterinary review of the current articles has not been confirmed. The names in the profile directory must not be interpreted as reviewers of these drafts. Credits are added for the roles and work actually completed.
